How do you really process the data ?
We take the data that was sent for products or services and classify it according to the product type, time of issuance of a request, and promoter of the product, Then we send the classified data to a supplier and he contacts you for a product, Some of them prefer to communicate via phone number and others communicate via mail, Our mission is to deliver your messages To them.

How do you implement international data protection laws?
We take the name of the requesting country and the location of the provider, then we decide whether to share your information with the provider according to the laws. We list available locations in a post, and if you do not belong to these countries, based on the laws of your country and for the safety of your information, we will cancel the request and we will notify you.
Why do you not have a specific geographical location or country?
We are not centralized. Currently, we do not have any service center. We will establish it and inform you of it soon, but our policy will not change, The laws that are related to our business in countries we will build our services centers in it.
If one of your customers insults you, what do you do with his data?
We will not deal or use our customers’ data regardless of the circumstances, but if a customer does not have morals and good behaviour, we will not deal with him until he improves his treatment with us.
Do you have cases of scams and how do you deal with these situations?
If a case of scams is discovered with us, and this is done by the provider only, we will take the necessary legal measures against him, and for this reason, we ask our customers to share their information consciously, share only what is necessary, please read the (Information Security) page for more protection.
What will happen to the unanswered request, will it stay with you or be deleted?
After submitting all the information from the requests, this usually takes no more than a day, we retain the data until the provider provides us with successful and unsuccessful requests, and we delete the successful and unsuccessful ones. We inform request about them through the emails they sent with the request and then delete all information.
